Natasha Pearson graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Law, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and Bachelor of Teaching (Primary). Natasha has extensive experience in the area of insurance litigation. Natasha predemoninantly acts on behalf of plaintiffs, however, prior to joining the team at Maguire & McInerney Natasha was involved in defending public liability claims for one of the major banks and several insurance companies. She regularly acts on behalf of employees and employers in unfair dismissal matters and also appears on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in both the Local Court and Small Claims Court.

Prior to joining the legal profession Natasha managed an Authorised Nominating Authority providing advice to both applicants and respondents under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Legislation and therefore has an excellent understanding of Security of Payment claims.

Natasha is committed to obtaining the best possible outcomes for her clients and providing advice to clients that is simple and easy to understand.

Natasha's areas of practice include all types of personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, workplace injury, medical negligence, and dust disease matters. She also regularly acts on behalf of both employees and employers in unfair dismissal matters.
