Mark has over 30 years extensive experience in all facets of Commercial Law, Insurance Law, Employment Law and Building and Construction Law. Clients appreciate his forthright manner, commercial approach and his ability to find solutions to problems and dilemmas for clients, and thus avoid exposure to and involvement in litigation. In Commercial Litigation and Insurance Law he acts for individuals and companies and is not afraid to tackle difficult issues and to ‘take on’ Insurers both in preparing and pursuing claims. In Employment Law he acts for both employers or employees and has assisted in drafting of employment contracts and employment arrangements, and in resolving various types of employment difficulties. Mark was instrumental in the successful resolution of claims for victims of storm damage throughout the Illawarra when the region was inundated by floods in 1998. He is a recipient of the Centenary Medal, awarded for services to the community. Mark is the honouree Solicitor for North Wollongong Surf Club. He is the current President of Vikings Rugby Union Football Club. Mark is also the Chairman of the Healthier Illawarra Men Committee. He has a long commitment to the practice of Law in the Illawarra and to diligent service to his clients. |
